From the moment I entered the door, I was greeted and was made to feel like they were ready to help. Kelly Johnson was outstanding and so pleasant. She called and kept me informed of progress. Then when I received word that my brother had passed away, she checked the progress and assured me my car would be ready before I had to leave for my trip to attend the memorial service in North Carolina.
