WHAT DOES SDR STAND FOR?

DO I HAVE THE RIGHT TO SELECT THE SHOP THAT WILL REPAIR MY VEHICLE?
It’s your car, your choice! You have the right to take your vehicle to any collision center. We work with all insurance companies and will advocate on your behalf to make sure your vehicle is repaired to like new conditions.
DOES SDR GUARANTEE IT'S WORK?
Yes, SDR guarantees it’s work 100% for as long as you own your vehicle.
WHAT DOES A SUPPLEMENT MEAN FOR MY VEHICLE BEING REPAIRED?
During the repair process, we occasionally uncover additional damage or parts price differences that vary from your original estimate. When this happens, SDR will contact your insurance company to explain, and request a supplemental payment to cover the additional repairs. Usually work on your vehicle can continue, however in some cases the insurance company will send a representative to re-inspect before work continues or the vehicle is released. Most of the time the supplemental payment is paid directly to SDR.
DOES SDR REPORT TO CARFAX?
SDR does not report to Carfax directly.
WHAT IS PAINTLESS DENT REPAIR?
Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) is a method of removing minor dents and dings without removing any paint from the vehicle. This is done by massaging the dent from the back of the panel, or sometimes from the front using specialized tools.
CAN PAINTLESS DENT REPAIR FIX ANY DENT?

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF HEADLIGHT RESTORATION?
The benefit of headlight restoration is turning your cloudy, yellow, headlights back to like new condition again. This can result in twice the amount of light on the road.
WHY SHOULD I RESTORE MY HEADLIGHTS?
A startling percentage of vehicles on the road suffer from headlight oxidation. Headlights with medium oxidation can cut light output by over 50%, which creates a very hazardous condition for driving at night. Severely oxidized headlights can cut up to 80% of light from escaping the lenses! Not only a danger, they also make potentially nice looking cars look old and less valuable.
